The Annex, located 2 blocks south, is the Hotel’s sister property in downtown Stevensville, convenient to all local services.
Offering independent, motel style, (no breakfast) rooms for nightly, weekly & extended stays. There are 6 units, 3 upstairs & 3 downstairs. One unit downstairs is a handicap-accessible room by ramp from the handicap parking space. All rooms have cable TV & wireless internet. Each unit is furnished with one Supreme Rest
queen-sized mattress & 100% cotton linens, bath towels, microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishes & coffeemakers. The Laundry Room is located on the lower level. The top floor units are carpeted & have independent Heat & A/C units. The lower floors are super insulated with radiant heat in the stained bare concrete floors, & stay
cool all summer. Dogs are welcome in the downstairs units.

Upstairs, Unit #1 is a studio and can be combined with Unit #2 to create a 2-bed, 2-bath family unit. There is a $10 discount if you book both units.The middle Unit #2 features a full size kitchen, larger seating area, & large shower stall. See photos. Check in time: 3 pm to 9 pm. Late check in may be arranged, please ask when booking. Check out time: 11 am. All Units are Non Smoking.

Short Stay Rates:
STUDIO Rates (units 1, 4, 5, 6)
$75 for night stays of 1 to 3 nights
$65 per additional nights up to 5 nights
$400 per week (6 or 7 nights)

Full Kitchen Rates (units 2 & 3):
$85 per night for stays of 1 to 3 nights
$75 per night for additional nights up to 5 nights
$425 per week (6 or 7 nights)

Additional Rates: Add Continental Breakfast at the Hotel: $5 per person Add deluxe blow up twin bed & bedding: $10 per night, $60 per week Pets: $10 per night, $60 per week Only available in the lower units. Sorry no cats or birds. Rooms are serviced daily for trash. As a water saving measure, towels are changed every 2 days. Bed sheets are changed once a week. Please let us know if you prefer a different schedule.

Cancellation policy for Advanced Short Stays:
Since we have a limited number of units available, and we do not overbook, each reservation made is important to us. Once you make a reservation, we will turn away many other requests for those dates, which are irreplaceable. Therefore, we require a minimum 2 week notice BY PHONE prior to the reservation date. For reservations of 3 days or less, we will charge your credit card a one time fee of one room night and a $10.00 credit card fee for each room cancelled. For reservations of 4 days or more, we will charge your credit card a one time fee of $125 + $10.00 credit card fee for each room cancelled. We reserve the right to waive fee under certain conditions. Changes of stay: If you shorten your stay after check in, no refunds will be issued.

OFF SEASON SPECIAL:
January thru April. Non serviced short term rate (3 weeks or less) Studios $250 a week, Kitchen units $280 plus 7% tax, no deposit required.

 *Housekeeping service $20 per visit for studios, $25 for full kitchen
units. Includes bed sheet change, all new towels, full bathroom cleaning,
kitchen area clean up, trash removal, & vacuum.

Extended Stay Rates:

Minimum 30 night stay. No bed tax charged. There is a $100 move in
cleaning fee that is refundable up to $50 upon check out. Rooms are
unserviced, housekeeping service is available for an additional fee.*
Advanced booking will be held with either a credit card or deposit at time
of reservation. Extended stay rooms are very limited during summer; please
check by email or call.

STUDIO Rates: Units 1, 4, 5, & 6:
$150 per week, $600 per month

Full Kitchen Rates:
Unit #2 $200 per week, $800 per month
