New in 2008 - The Annex


Available starting April 1, 2008!

The Annex is a new building with 6 units, 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs. It is located two blocks south of the Hotel in downtown Stevensville, convenient to all local services. One unit downstairs is a handicap-accessible room by ramp from the handicap parking space. All rooms have cable TV & wireless internet, furnished with Supreme Rest queen-sized mattresses & 100% cotton linens, bath towels, microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishes & coffeemakers. Utilities are included in price. The Laundry Room is located on the lower level.

The 3 lower units, #5 & #6 are studios with queen beds, kitchenettes with microwave, sink, refrigerator, & coffeemaker, tub/showers (except handicap room #4 has a roll in shower) small table & stools, cable TV & wireless internet. Upstairs, Unit #1 is a studio and can be combined with Unit #2 to create a 2-bed, 2-bath family unit. The middle Unit #2 features a full size kitchen, larger seating area, & large shower stall. Unit #3 has a bedroom & separate eating/kitchen room with an apartment-size stove.

Summer Rates Valid May 1, 2008 to October 1, 2008. Minimum 2 night stay.

Monthly Long term Rates starting in Sept 2, 2008 to May 1, 2009 There is a $100 move in cleaning fee that is refundable up to $50 upon check out.
