The Fifth Street Motel

The Fifth Street Motel, formally called The Annex, located 2 blocks south, is the Hotel’s sister property in downtown Stevensville, convenient to all local services. Offering independent, motel style, (no breakfast) rooms for nightly, weekly & extended stays. There are 6 units, 3 upstairs & 3 downstairs. One unit downstairs is a handicap-accessible room by ramp from the handicap parking space. All rooms have cable TV & wireless internet. Each unit is furnished with one Supreme Rest queen-sized mattress & 100% cotton linens, bath towels, microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishes & coffeemakers. The Laundry Room is located on the lower level.

The top floor units are carpeted & have independent Heat & A/C units. The lower floors are super insulated with radiant heat in the stained bare concrete floors, & stay cool all summer. Dogs are welcome in the downstairs units. Upstairs, Unit #1 is a studio and can be combined with Unit #2 to create a 2-bed, 2-bath family unit. There is a $10 discount if you book both units. The middle Unit #2 features a full size kitchen, larger seating area, & large shower stall. See photos. Check in time: 3 pm to 9 pm. Late check in may be arranged, please ask when booking. Check out time: 11 am. All Units are Non Smoking.

FULL KITCHEN (unit 2) :
$90 per night (+$10 per night for sofa bed/extra persons)

Additional Rates:

Add Continental Breakfast at the Hotel: $5 per person
Add deluxe blow up twin bed & bedding: $10 per night, $60 per week
Pets: We are DOG FRIENDLY in our lower units, 4, 5 & 6, only. But in order to make the experience pleasant for us and our guests, certain rules must be followed. Dogs may not be left unattended, and must accompany their owners when they are not in the building. Dogs need to sleep in a kennel or dog bed on the floor. Dogs are not allowed on the beds. We expect you to clean up after your dog and dispose of dog droppings in the trash bins behind the motel.  Rates: $10 per dog per night, $60 per week, Multiple dogs (up to 3) $15 per night, $90 per week.

Rooms are serviced daily for trash. As a water saving measure, towels are changed every 2 days. Bed sheets are changed once a week. Please let us know if you prefer a different schedule.

Cancellations, Payment & Deposits:

OFF SEASON SPECIAL:
January 1 thru April 30 and October 1 to November 15th. Weekly serviced* short term rate (3 weeks or less) Studios $300 a week, Kitchen units $350 plus 7% tax, no deposit required.

*Housekeeping service includes bed sheet change, all new towels, full bathroom cleaning,
kitchen area clean up, trash removal, & vacuum.

Winter Extended Stay Rates:

October to April. Minimum 30 night stay. No bed tax charged. There is a $100 move in cleaning fee that is refundable up to $50 upon check out. Rooms are
unserviced, housekeeping service is available for an additional fee of $25 per visit.
Advanced booking will be held with either a credit card or deposit at time
of reservation.

STUDIO Rates: Units 1, 4, & 5:
$150 per week, or $550 per month

Unit #6: 2 beds: $175 per weeks, or $650 a month

Full Kitchen Rates:
Unit #2 $175 per week, or $650 per month
