The 5th Street Guesthouse is a brand new, 4,000 sq. ft. building, featuring all new furnishings, cable TV, wireless internet, full size kitchen facility, and a large living room. It is 2 blocks from the Hotel, and 1 block from Main St. This building is best suited to long-stay visits of a week or more.

There are 6 bedrooms on the lower level and 5 bedrooms on the top level. Each floor has 2 full bathrooms, Men's & Women's. The bathrooms and other public spaces of the Guesthouse are cleaned twice a week by our cleaning service. We provide linens, but you are required to launder them as necessary in our free laundry room. The entire building is non-smoking. Sorry, no pets.

Single person room rates: $110-135 per week plus 7% bed tax. Room 5 with 2 beds $150 a week, plus 7% bed tax. We have limited room for couples - please call for availability. For a month stay or longer there may be some rooms available at $125 to $135 per week - please call for current availability.
