Rates

Winter rates are valid from Oct 1 to April 30. Summer rates are valid May 1 to Sept 30.
These rates do not include the 7% bed tax.

*for pets add $10 per night per animal, limit 2 pets. Montana charges a 7% bed tax on all stays less than 30 consecutive days.

Please be aware that the hotel has many stairways, antiques, and serving areas that are not childproof for toddlers. Please let us know if your party includes children, so that we can suggest the best rooms for them.

We will honor government rates. Please call and tell us when making your reservation.

Cancellation policy: We are a small hotel, we do not overbook, and each reservation made is important to us. Once you make a reservation, we will turn away many other requests for those dates, which are irreplaceable. Therefore, we request at least 2 weeks notice prior to the reservation date. If less than 2 weeks notice is given, one night's stay per room will be billed to the card number on file.

Changes of stay: If you shorten your stay within the cancellation period, or shorten the length of stay after arrival, a fee of $45 per night cancelled will be assessed.
