Policies:

Smoking: Outside of building only
Pets: We have one pet-friendly room. There is a $10 surcharge per night. Please call to discuss your pet needs before making a reservation.

Checks: Personal checks accepted
Deposits: If you wish to book the entire hotel for your event, contact us for our group booking deposit and cancellation policies.
Cancellations: We are a small hotel, we do not overbook, and each reservation made is important to us. Once you make a reservation, we will turn away many other requests for those dates, which are irreplaceable. Therefore, we request at least 2 weeks notice prior to the reservation date. If less than 2 weeks notice is given, one night's stay per room will be billed to the card number on file.
Changes of stay: If you shorten your stay within the cancellation period, or shorten the length of stay after arrival, a fee of $45 per night cancelled will be assessed.
